Vantage Point offers a beautiful Victorian setting in the lobby and atrium of our five story building. We have 55 subsidized, low income apartments for singles 62 years or older, couples if one is 62 years or older or if you are under the age of 62 years and handicapped or disabled.
Located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and eating establishments. Our apartments are all one bedroom with approximately 500 square feet of living space and are furnished with carpet, drapes, refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, and all utilities paid. We have a laundry facility, full time Management and Maintenance staff and a part time volunteer Activities Director with planned activities monthly.
Pets are allowed with an additional pet deposit.
